Indash for the clock display area (non-navi)

I was wondering if anyone ever did a pop out indash screen in the slot of the non-navi clock area? I'm curious cause it seem to be big enough to fit something in there

there is no way a single din unit could fit in there. Not sure i there are any half din pop out screens either. The screen is gonna sit really high.
