After trying a couple times and gettin nowhere I made another call and was able to get xm for the $77 special, thanks to the clues on this. The guy made it very clear that this is a 1 time deal and don't expect it next year.

Good for you Whitey. Yea, they say that, but if you threaten them and tell them you are canceling your service with them, they'll give it to you each time. I hope you sounded respectfully scared on the phone with them, but don't believe it.
