The 6365 looks like a 6315. In that case, you will have problems pairing with the HFL in your TL. It depends on which bluetooth primer is loaded on the O/S...it will either be a microsoft stack or broadcom stack I believe. If it is a broadcom stack, chances will be even more slim. Best thing to do is to go to a store that sells this or check out a friend's unit and it will be under control panel -> connectivity -> bluetooth and then I think under properties you'll find the juicy info.
