Spent the evening reading threads re: the Misumi camera, Wendy's, and a few others. I think I'm leaning towards the Misumi, if I can still get one directly from them and have them ship it over.

Wanted to see how everyone liked it so far. Definitely interested in the wider angle (MS-AC44R-N.)

Looks like I need to call Dom ASAP before the group buy ends!

Mine's still working great. It never leaks, even when washed with a pressure sprayer.

Sounds good to me - looks like their shipping went up since you placed your massive order. Still $78, but $30 to ship now. Oh well, still would rather go with the tried and true!

I was wondering if this would work with the CarPC and you've answered my question. Now, I just gotta get all of the pieces together and I'll contact you when I'm ready with all of the installs.

works great with the carpc...it's actually not even part of the carpc. The monitor I bought (Xenarc 700TSV) has two aux inputs, one of which can be set to auto switched upon receiving a signal. I power the screen off my carpc PSU to give it good clean power; however, it could certainly be hooked up to come on even without the carpc on.

Do you have navi in your TL? Have you spec'ed out the pc yet?

No, I have non-navi; thus, the reason for wanting a CarPC. Not to mention, all of the stuff that you can do with a CarPC . . . mainly to play my numerous mp3s. And no, I haven't speced out the PC yet. I need to check out pricewatch for those things. It'll probably be in the Spring time when it'll be a little warmer to do the installs.
