Does anyone know how to remove HFL talk/end button chassis?

Do I just pull on it or what?

yeah, if you dont care about damaging anything and having it look like ass, then yes pull it off.

its attached to the steering wheel/column.
you'll need to take off the steering wheel so that you can see how its attached. probably by screws.

Search for "driver's airbag removal," as that requires removal of the steering wheel button/control pods.
