Hi every one, I just bought 2004 TL. I didn't think to ask or even check for any codes. I was able to get the code for the radio but the Navi ask for a 4 digit PIN. Can that be reset or something like that?

Surprised nobody else answered this. There is a button sequence you press on the nav screen to get the serial number (you need both the serials from the nav unit AND the radio). Take that serial number and get the pin from the acura owners website. There maybe a letter after that pin. Disregard the letter.
