You will probably be happier, just putting it in a box in the trunk opposed to the rear deck...
But if you want access:
remove bottom seat cushion, 2 clips under front edge, & bolt back corner each side
seat back 1 bolts behind each headrest & 2 bolts on bottom.
2 side sail panels clips & hidded clip under (side airbag label)
then remove rear deck tray (clips)
unbolt sub and unclip wiring..
I think that is it.
I'd also dynamat some while you are already this deep!

thanks for reply/input
absolutely a enclosure in the rear would be better but im done with spending 10,000$ on high end audio like I did in my integra
no stranger to high end audio but i wanted to keep things as stock as possibly by dropping in a 8w3 if not I would of shoved 2 12 JL W7 I still have laying around but that would only weight down the car like it did my integra haha
the direction should help immensely! wish there was pic so I dont have to "finger her all around" to find release clips
Im gona give it a whirl in a bit Thanks for direction
if anyone has photos of whats to be removed feel free to pitch away
Thank You Kindly All,

You have to remove the sail panels first if not already...
Deck is all just clips grab on the front edge and lift up working from one side to the other...
Should just slide out after that
Also are you gonna use the stock amp for this new sub? gonna be way underpowered....
On the cheap:
stereo install is not 10k in these:
lo converter..~$50
front components: $100-$150
amp: ~$300 3 ch....fronts & sub
sub & box $200-$400,
wire kit $75
I did with all higher end(with out overkill) stuff for $1500 and all looks stock and sounds WAY better with lots of room in trunk still!
LC7i converter $150
alpine 5ch amp 100x 4 & 5001x $459
4guage wire kit with RCA's & speaker wire $100
polk audio mm componets $199
polk audio co ax rears $70
sound dead kit: front doors, trunk & lid & rear floor & under seats. $100
jl audio 10" w6 sub & matched box $500

Remember the 8w3 is 4ohm while the stock sub is 2ohm. Also, it's not a free air sub so you will either have some sealing up to do on the rear deck or build something custom that juts out the bottom of the deck into the trunk in order to give it some volume to resonate.
