HFL Not Pairing

Hey Guys

I was syncing my new BlackBerry Storm and was successful. I made a few calls and everything, but while playing with the phone something happened. I am now unable to sync or pair with the HFL (it won't recognize a bluetooth device at all). I tried to test the issue with another phone that I know works and....nothing.

The only thing that I could think that happened was that I accidently clicked on transfer all contacts and I have 105 contacts. From what I read I know I can only transfer 50.

Will I need to reset the radio by pulling the cables off of the battery????

Thanks

Yes, you will need your radio code and NAVI code if the car has NAVI. They will both be reset.

When you pull the battery cables off, touch them together for like 2 minutes. This will drain any residual power from the system and clear the HFL.

Let us know if this works for you.
