So, I was having issues with the Bluetooth/HFL dropping the connection, so I decided to clear the pair setting and go through the setup/pair process again. I cleared the entry, the "voice" said that it was restoring the HFL to factory setup and that the process could take up to two minutes, the process ended, but now my buttons to activate the HFL no longer do anything. Is there a master reset, or am I doomed to have the dealer fix it?

FYI...I have an '07 TL Navi and its still under warranty. Thoughts???

 

No one has ever encountered this?? I was actually hoping that it might have reset itself overnight, but the two HFL buttons on the steering wheel are dead to the world. Really baffles me. Any advice would be appreciated.

 

Go to your dealership and have them check it out...you have nothing to lose
