Help with my radio please

My acura tl 2004,has no navi radio,so i buy acura tl 05 radio with navigation,so i connect the radio and the screen i cant see nothing on the screen,i turn on the key and the screen turn the light on but no show nothing,remember a buy the radio and the screen,i believe i has to buy other pieces to make the radio connect to the screen,help

Its not that simple, look for other threads like non navi to navi conversion there are several. At a minimum you need the trunk mounted navigation drive unit and the antenna

hey

i dont want the antenna or the drive,i buy the radio for put dvd movies on the screen,i dont want the navigation,but i want to the screen to see the track and menu,like normal

There may be a way to do this, but I do not know how you will do it. Because the navi screen is controlled by the navi dvd rom in the trunk. The dvd rom in the trunk is what loads the Menu screen into the navi.. think about it.. if there is no dvd rom, where is the navi screen going to get the info for the menu? its like it is missing its brain.. Therefore you cannot display the radio info..

I have seen some people use the navi screen with a carpc, but the carpc controls the navi screen and displays the menus..

sorry man, I really dont think there is a way to do it without having something putting up the menus.
