Help! Audio Code

I replaced my battery today and when I turned the car back on my navigation popped up but the audio was asking for a code. Previously whenever this happened I could bring up the code screen and type in the code from the glove compartment. This time non of the audio buttons do anything. Where can I locate the code to unlock my xm/cd player?

You should have two separate codes I think that there is a 4 and a 5 digit code. The navi is the 4 and the radio is the 5. I might not be recalling it correctly but last time I had to input the code I pushed one of the radio buttons and the little screen up top just said "CODE" and I used the preset buttons and input the 5 digit code.

If you don't have the code in the glove box it is on a card in the manual case. If you can't find it there you'll need to contact Acura Care.

..call Acura. They will give you the codes and store them for you so you can just call and pick them up or find them online if you ever need it again.

you will need the radio's serial number which you can get by either removing the front console and looking for it or by holding down the 1 and 6 preset buttons. This will give you a set of eight numbers: two set four numbers will be displayed. You will then be able to call an acura dealership and explain to them your situation and provide the unlock code. Otherwise, you can just call the daelership where you bought the car, give them your vin ## and they should have the code on file. hope this helps

Is this code a four or five digit number? I went to the Acura navi-code site and it gave me a five digit number, however, the unit only took four numbers and it did not work. I'm going to call Acura tomorrow.
