You'll need to punch in the five digit radio code using the radio preset buttons. My codes are on a sticker on the side of the glove box but yours could be anywhere. Check to see of they are written in your owners manual. If you can't find them you'll have to call the dealership (service department) and give them the serial number from your radio and they can look it up.

It doesn't show up on the Nav screen. You will see it up on the clock screen when you are inputting the code. Just type in the code. If it says error then just type it in again.

on my nav screen it just shows the map. and it doesnt even say what road im on on top like it usually does. it doesn't give me a chance to put in the code. the audio button does nothing, ive tried going into the audio settings and it does nothing either.
