GROM USB2 plus instalation tips or tricks...

So I just received my new setup:

Got the GROM USB 2 Plus flashed for the XM instal.
Added the bluetooth dongle
USB for charging as well as the AUX jack.

Figured get it all at once just incase...

Any pics or tips on where to mount:
- the GROM unit
-where did you route the aux cable to and USB---arm rest compartment?

I just got done with a similar install. My only 2 cents is that since it is firmware upgradable you want to keep the unit relatively accessible. I ended up putting it right above my feet. Sorta where they would put your brainbox for an alarm system or something. I zip tied it down and made sure it wasn't touching anything I thought would get hot.

I personally hate clutter in my arm rest so I got a retractable usb to lightning cable (I have an iphone) and drilled a hole at the back of the top cubby under the radio and I used it when I need to and retract it and it stores nicely!

Let me know if you have any other questions
