Unhappy GPS and HFL Help

I have my RAZR paired with my 2005 TL. I want to issue voice commands to the GPS (like show maps, or go home) but it doesn't understand it. Only way is to type in rather than the voice recognition thing. Any suggestions on what to do?

Issue Voice Commands to what GPS?

The Car? If so, that is not the HFL button. There are TWO talk buttons. The big one on the front for HFL (phone commands only). The other is a small button on the back side (lower left). Thats for Navi/Audio/Climate.

If you're trying to "talk" to your phone and get maps, uhhmmm .... that's not gonna work. HFL makes phone calls, thats pretty much it.

If you've got an Owner Manual, you need to take a look at it ( ). If not, do a search on this site and you should find a manual or a link.

Also make sure you are executing the correct voice command. Here is a thread with a list.
