Factory Sub is making my head rest rattle SUPER LOUD any fixes!?
Factory sub makes my head rest/rear deck area rattle like crazy and its super loud like i have 2 12'' subs or something. Is anyone else having this problem!? I just bought my first TL and 3 weeks ago its a 06 and i love it!! At first i thought my sub was blown, but i finally figured out it was just the deck behind the head rest. Is that something that Acura
will fix under a warrenty (i dont think i even have one since im second owner and the is 76,000 miles) or a TSB? thanks for the help!

Burning Brakes
Best way to fix it is to keep the bass down. The OEM sub can't take a pounding like a regular 10 or 12.
You can try to pull everything apart and add dynomat. No TSB on this and I think you're beyond warrenty

Err...I read somewhere else in here it's a common problem and the quick-fix is to pull back the trunk lining beneath the rear headrest area and you can access underneath where that black plastic vent is. You can put some foam or other soft material to stop the vibrating. A lot of people reported that as a 100% fix for the problem
