Hey guys! My ballast is fried due to my dumb self not sealing up my headlights correctly, its specifically my driver side thats not working (fog and signal works). And no, I haven't replaced my bulb yet, my headlights were filling with water so its safe to say its my ballast. Fuses are good as well.

Heres the question, are these ballasts too good to be true? I was planning on ordering the HIDExtra D2S kit conversion for only $70! But I'd rather stay stock and safe without breaking the bank.
