Easiest Way to Remove Stock Sub in '08 TL

Need to take this out.....what is the easiest way to remove this without damaging anything?

remove back seat...remove rear c pillar covers...remove rear deck...remove 4-8mm bolts...voila!!!...while you have it out...replace rear speakers and dynamat that bish!!!
