DVD2NAV or MP3 Player

I am thinking about installing a dvd2navi system in my car so i can play mp3 cd in it. Is there any other way to play mp3 cd's? Any advice, info or feedback would be great

the dvd2nav will only allow video on the navi screen. You will need an audio adapter to get audio to the car speakers. Then you will need a dvd player or ipod to hook up to both devices so it can work
