Has anyone tried making DVD-Audio discs for our 3G TL's using a DVD-R Dual Layer disc? I know the DVD-R discs work just fine (vs DVD+R) and are what we should use. Some of my concert DVD videos produce bigger than 4.7GB of music esp. when keeping it to 5.1 surround...so the only way I see to fit it is on a dual layer disc...but wanted to see if anyone has tried it before I buy Dual Layer discs.

i think dual layers only require special capabilities to write not read. which is why you dont see "dual layer dvd players" but you see "dual layer dvd burners"

by that logic it SHOULD workso just buy a few and try one

You also have to set Adobeman's software to create the DL image.

cirlinca can do it as well but you have to pay... it not expesive and the demo is fully functional for 5 full discs....
