does anyone know the specs of the speakers on the 3G tl?how many whats can it take on each side in the front and back and what are they called. does anyone know? thank you.

Not sure of the whats, but I think they are 3.2 whos in the front and 5 whens in the back. Try doing a forum specific search (Third Generation TL (2004-2008) > Audio, Bluetooth, Electronics & Navigation) on "speakers" as I'm pretty sure this has been asked here before.

ijust puta 600w 4 channel amp to my speakers and it sounds a whole lot better . now im just waiting to change out the fornt and back speakers, n i already got a sub thats amped up.

How much did that run you, said and done? Did it make it sound more clean, or actually increase the volume?

I think my system sounds clean, what is killing me is that in AUX mode I can get the system plenty loud, but when it's on my isimple/xm/am/fm, it's not very loud at all, esp with windows down...

yea man the stock speakers really sound nice amped up, even though im upgrading it sounds fantastic with my sub. The volume on 1 i really loud and i could definately tell a difference. higher quality sound
