Does the 2004's factory HU play MP3 format CD's?

I searched and couldn't find. also, if anyone could tell me the easiest way to install an aux in that would be kind of you.

however our head unit plays dvd-a's.
When creating your own, you can fit over 999 songs on a dvd, thus eliminating the need for the MP3 playback.

no shit?? so I just need to buy dvd-a's and put a ton of songs on them?

You may want to invest in an iSimple or something of the kind.
