I know it has bass and treble and front and rear and I think it has a center control, but is there a control on the screen for the subwoofer volume? thanks

 

yes, 04-08 has independent control for the rear subwoofer only. you can even turn it off. This is very convinient because if you add a good aftermark system like i did and tap from the subwoofer signal to the new sub and amp it would work has a bass knob. i have a jl 12w7 with a pdx 1000 and i can go from no bass to full bass from the stock radio menu.

 

Thats totally cool. That's what I am wanting to do too! but the reason I asked is because a friend of mine has an 07 TL and I was looking for his Subwoofer volume button on the screen and I couldnt find it. I was like, that's cruddy. So, anyway, I'm wanting to upgrade mine but if I cant operate the sub from the screen than I'd rather just keep my current DVD player.

 

you will definitly be able to. i guess your friend did not know how to find the option cause is there.

 

If the navi disk has been swapped out for one from a Honda product without the subwoofer, it would not give him the option. This has been documented on here before, the dealer stole someone's disk and put in one from a lesser Honda.
