Dice R4 buggy as hell

Since its gotten cold here in Chicago (not sure if its related or not), my Dice has been driving me insane. Some days, it won't play a thing. Now it plays music but no information is displayed and I can't use the factory controls.

Now before you ask me about my dip switches, everything was working fine until recently.

Heres is a picture of what my XM mode looks like...

This happen to anyone else? Should I just call up Dice? I want to avoid removing my center console again

I didn't want to say this for fear that it would hurt their sales but yes, the new 5 volt Silverline units have bugs as told to me by a tech rep at Dice after I called about a problem I was having. He told me that programmers were looking into some of the problems they were having and he would let me know when they had a fix for them. Exactly what I wanted to hear after spending most of my Saturday installing the dang thing.

Hey kiang ... curious what model iPod you're using? uncald4 made mention to me that some of the newer models were "buggy" when interfaced with the Dice ... compatibilty issues. I know your system was working before but have you possibly done some updates recently on the iPod? Maybe the newer update created a conflict? Just guessing man

Its a 1G Nano.

Well, I unplugged my battery for my high flow cat install and now the Dice works flawlessly. Interesting...

I had the same problem after my IPOD (80gb Classic) had a software update.
I pulled the fuse for the car radio and put it back (power check) and its worked fine since (10 months now).

Do they sell the DICE kit at every Costco? I read that in another thread but couldn't find it on their website. Thinking about picking one up.
