Dealer offers to "reprogram" HFL... is this bogus?

After complaining to our dealer today, they offered to make an appointment for my girlfriend and I to do something to our hands-free link in our cars. The service advisor said they have been having more problems lately and there is a fix that "involves some reprogramming or something, i think"

We were telling him that it's having trouble working with most phones, dropping connections, having trouble pairing and the like.

Anyone know what this might entail? He really had no idea but it will happen next week.

it happens to me as well from time to time.
i'm assuming its all the "behind the scenes" work that goes on to keep this board up and running. maybe one of the mods can fix this issue??
