Cd-r?

Just a quick question. I have a lot of CD-R discs when I switch from disc to disc the cd player wont load it it kicks it out then I put it back in and it reads loads and plays. Is there a certain Brand Cd that works better with this stereo? I have a 07 TL w/navi. I tried searching but couldnt find anything.

Why did you make two threads about the same subject?

I've never heard that before. Weird. I've never noticed if one CD plays differently or not...

The duplicate thread was an accident. They work but if it goes from cd 1 to say cd 4 it will eject cd 4 and then when I put it back in it works fine the cds are all the same brand so i figured it may be the brand. I had a 05 Accord that had a simialr issue and it turned ou to be the cd's so I was asking.

All my CD's are TDKs, and I don't have those issues. Although I noticed that after several weeks the CDs will start skipping like crazy....

I have found that when I use CD-RW (Staple's Brand), that I don't have such issues. And some of those discs I'm using are a couple years old. They still play flawlessly without any skipping.

I also use TDK Brand DVD+R in the TL without any issues when I made a few DVD-Audio discs... Those seem to play just fine, even after a few years, without any issues.

I've never heard of that happening in a TL, but my 01 CL-S did it a few times. I started using Sony CD-R's. Sometimes they can get pricey, but Staples usually has them for a pretty good deal.
