Cd Changer not working

Cd Changer not working
My cd changer does not play any cds that I put in, anymore. I tried using the original cd and a burnt cd and neither work. The cd player would either pause for awhile and displays a busy signal or it displays a cd error. Also, I tried loading the cd changer with full cds to a single cd and neither combinations work. I think the cd changer is toasted!. If it is, where can I get a used cd changer?
I have an auto 04 TL w/ navi.
Any help would be appreciated.

you may be able to get the changer done under the 3 year warranty if the car manufacture date is past 09/06/2004 look at the door jamb on the driver side, the date of manufacture should be there.

The warranty does not cover audio unit, which sucks!. However, I will attempt to get the unit repair from the manufacturer. I think panasonic makes the audio unit for my 04 TL, and they quoted the repair cost, over the telephone, in the range of $ 174 - 245 Cdn. So, I guess I'll have to take the audio unit out from the TL. Here is the authorized service website: http://www.hytechelectronics.ca/company.html
The company also repair other makes and models. Hopefully, it should take less then a week to get the unit back in working order if everything goes well. However, I think the cause of the problem is not the audio unit but the cd changer itself, the laser or the lense might be burnt.

After a week or so, I got the repaired unit back, and now the cd changer/DVD-A player is working. I've sent the unit out for repair to a authorized servicer recommended by Panasonic and they replaced the entire cd/dvd changer unit for about $350 Cdn. Not a bad deal when considering a used unit, which goes for around 300+ or so. The problem that I had originally was that the cd/dvd changer would display a busy or an error message when I tried to play a cd. The problem was found to be a faulty optical reader, a burnt laser. The second problem is when I tried to unload the cds from the unit and it would take forever or it would not unload the cds. The issue here was a worned gear that is attached to the mechanical arm, the arm which loads, unloads and holds the cd when it is playing.
