Can XM and audio from DVD changer coexist?

Can XM and audio from DVD changer coexist?
I have dom's nav2dvd (pnp) along with a dvd changer and the blitzsafe module (somehting v2.x) that hooks into the dvd for audio. It seems like both sounds from dvd and the xm are coming out. Is there a way for both to coexist or will I have to unplug the XM?
