Can 4G nav go into 3G non-nav

So, I want to upgrade the electronics in my 3G, but I see a lot of custom jobs going on, so I was wondering will 4g nav screen, HFL and other electrical system work in a 3g. I know anything is possible with the right amount of money.

Does anyone know if someone who has done this?

Good question! I've always wondered this myself. Is the 4g nav any good? The downside is just purchasing the actual nav will be like 1K or something...
