a/c heater & seat memory setings change randomly
a/c , heater & memory setings randomly change from those selected when
the the key is turned off. This does not happen all the time but often enough
to be irrating. Dealer says it is difficult to fix until the system completly fails.
This has been happening from day 1. Car is 10mos old.

Welcome to Acurazine. Some thoughts:
1) Are you always using the same key fob? Settings are individualized to each key fob (climate control, seats, mirrors, stereo).
2) How are the batteries in the key fob?
3) What does "difficult to fix" mean? Does this mean the dealer cannot duplicate the problem? If the dealer has experienced the problem with your car, it should be willing to fix it now.

1.Happens using the same FOB.
2.Noticed within a week of buyng the car.Happens with both FOBS .Have to assume that at least
one of the FOBS would have good batteries.
3.Since its random and does not happen all the time the dealer
was unable to duplicate the problem when they had the vehicle in.
