Bypass factory amp help

Bypass factory amp help

Need help bypassing factory amp i want to keep my factory radio and i am upgrading all speakers through aftermarket amp(s)... I tryed taping into amp plugs by disconnecting them and i get no signal... No navi! 2005 acura tl... Please help

Hi Welcome

This has been covered before so your best bet is to go on google, type in your question, in this case "bypass factory amp" and then add "site:acurazine.com" at the end so it only limits to this site

Here's what I did.
I took the speaker wires that are connected to the Input of the amp from the radio and turned them into RCA connections. Then I purchased an Audiocontrol LC8i and connected those RCA's to its input.
Then from the line driver you connect the amplifiers to it.

This item shows speaker wire inputs so you may not need to convert the wires to RCA connections.
