Bluetooth and Navi work fine with the stock amp removed.
I hesitated for years to remove the OEM amp because I thought I would lose these features. I finally had to to fit my midrange in a kick panel. The stock amp had to go for clearance and I didn't bother trying out the bluetooth or Navi until this weekend and was surprised they both work fine.
The navi was an accident. I only ran two channels from the stock HU to the processor. It turns out the LF and RF channels are full range. No need to run a sub to the processor. I went out of town and programmed my destination in. My audio kept cutting in and out and I thought there was an issue with my wiring. After about 5 minutes of trouble shooting it dawned on me that the problem started when I turned the navi on. I went back and hit the voice button to make it speak and sure enough the audio muted. I tapped in real quick to a wire that's already run to the trunk and I got the navi voice through my speakers, all the speakers. It's never sounded so good lol.
Same with the HFL. It works fine, the music mutes as it should. Maybe this is common knowledge around here and I missed it but the reason I hesitated to remove the stock amp for so long was losing these features, especially the HFL.
Just thought I would throw this out there for anyone else stuck in the same position as myself. On an '06 at least, the muting and HFL/navi is done through the HU, not the amp.

Yes sir, I'll have them up today. They look great, every time I get in the car I have to check them out.
The mid that I painted satin black completely blends in. I had a friend ride around for a few hours this weekend and he never noticed the mid and kick. The one on my side is not painted yet because I wasn't sure I liked how the black one looked.
I'll start a new thread when I get home. It will probably be around 7PM my time because I have to take my mother out for a late mother's day dinner.

Yup, it works. Somebody posted on here that it would not, but even if you look at the wiring harnesses on the stock amp, the input and output are all at speaker level, not individual component. ...and it is the front L and R that do the talking from the navi and HFL, not the center.

I dunno. I read about it, but then it made no sense when I looked at the stock amp connections, so I disregarded it and tried it out.
I can get the pre-amp signal to work great on my JL and Audison. On the Fosgate Power Amps that I use for my subs, center and rears, I had to put the 3sixty back in. I measured most of the pre-amp signals at about 910-980 mV (.9V). I will run them all on the processor when I get the 3sixty.3 later this year.
The preamp signal for the fronts is full range, as you found out. Pretty decent signal for a stock radio... with plenty of potential.
