why does my phone not hang up when i get someone's voice mail? and how do i stop a call from coming in when I'm on the phone the "back" button does not stop the call?

So you can leave them a voicemail.

You can hang up if you prefer by pressing the end call button on your phone or the steering wheel.

If you press the call button on the steering wheel, that should switch the calls. I think the end call button might end both calls. Unfortunately, I have little experience with receiving multiple calls on my cell phone at once when I'm connect to the HFL.
