blue tooth connectivity issues.
Just picked up an 08 TL Type-S with 80 k miles. Before I left the dealer, had the HFL paired with my phone (Motorola Droid Turbo), worked fine for 2 days then the car dropped my phone, so then I tried to repair... took about 6 attempts, but finally paired, but after I shut the car off and went back later... no connection again. Is this the module fail issue I been reading about? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!.

Yes, it sounds like your HFL is failing.
Three options:
1) Remove HFL and send it to FL to bake the board for $45;
2) Remove HFL, disassemble and bake the board yourself;
3) Purchase new HFL and install yourself, or
4) Let dealership handle.
Based on the HFL threads here, option 1 worked well for a number of members, with a few failures; option 2 seems mostly a temporary fix.
Option 3 is the most effective and permanent solution; acuraoemparts.com and oemacuraparts,com (different Acura on-line dealer sales) probably have the best prices.
Option 4 is most expensive unless there is a warranty.

Fix it quickly as it will start draining your battery. I tried baking, but ended up buying a new unit online and installed it myself which was very easy.
