Blown Front Speaker

Hey everyone. Two days ago I started to notice that my front passenger's speaker sounds like it is blown. A friend of mine is going to take a look at it and let me know the extent to how bad the speaker is, whether a loose connection or fully-blown. I know next to nothing about car audio so help would be appreciated. My question is, should/can I replace just the front two speakers, or do I need to upgrade all of my speakers to make the system sound decent? What's my best approach if the speaker is blown?

My driver's door speaker sounded like crap a month after I bought my car new. Some times it would sound OK and other times it hissed and popped. I took it to the dealer and they quickly took care of me, although it took me two trips because they had to order a new speaker. If your car is under warranty have the dealer look at it.
