I just bought a Blackberry 8703E and had no problems pairing it with my 07 Acura. However it will say coonection established than immediately connection lost and will cycle through these two. Anyone solve this problem? Service is with Verizon. Thanks!!!

i also have an 8703e blackberry and it linked to my car fine w/ no problem at all. my car is an '06 tho and according to acura, they changed the computer software of the HFL a little in the new models.

one thing that you can try is to unlink other phones that you currently have installed on HFL and try again. Anything after that, i just read the blackberry manual on the bluetooth link and mad sure the setting were right and it worked fine. when i get some free time ill look at it again for you unless u figure it out sooner.

I use the Blackberry 87xx series myself, and have gone through about a dozen of them over the last year. I have had the exact same problem with 2 of the phones. Both times I had the phone replaced, and all of the others have been fine.

(assuming that the HFL in your car cann connect fine with other phones, like mine can & that this is the onlyn phone that displays this problem.)
