Ok so the other day out of no where my battery light came on, ive had this battery only since last september..like a 9 month old battery.. anyways i was driving and sometimes it would go off and then the airbag light comes on and flashes and then when i am slowing down the battery light returns.. and twice while i was driving it turned off my head lights for a few seconds before turning back on..

Can someone help me out here, been trying to read on here to find a solutution, but cant seem too.. maybe im not looking hard enough?

Can someone point me in the right direction?

And I had the battery/alternator tested as well both are good.. the car has 96,000 and not sure if previous owner ever switched alternator

Check for a stored code. Post the stored code in this thread if there is one.

If no code, check the battery cable connections for tightness at the battery and at the ground/starter ends; also check for corrosion on the cable ends and clamps.

If there is no issue, get the battery tested-- check it unloaded and under load.
If the battery is bad, run a voltage check to see if you have any drain issues 30 minutes after the car has shut down.

alternator is bad, this just happened to me last week lol ordered one on ebay and running like a champ now =)

yep was the alternator.. my car flipped out after i got back from la the whole dash lit up and the navi flickering and than nothing in the car was working at all, swapped the alternator and good too go!
