I have a 2006 tl and I know theres no aux-in option is there any way that I can add it?

Yes there are a bunch of options. Search around for items like Blitz, iSimple and a bunch I can't remember. I personally used iSimple for audio and Dom's Nav Converter for video to my Navi screen. Go to the 3G Garage too, lots of useful info.

I used the Blitz unit for mine. I also have a NavTool for video input to the Navi screen.
Both were fairly simple installs.
Your choice will mostly depend on what you plan to hook into it---i.e.: iPod or regular MP3 player or other.

 

I have also used Blitz before, and make sure you try eBay.
