I Recently Bought My 07' Tl W/nav. 2 Months Ago And I Have This Problem With The Audio Display Screen.
When I'm Driving I Leave The Audio Display Screen On So That It Shows What Xm Channel Is On. Sometime Well I'm Driving The Screen Will Freeze. I Only Notice It When I Go To Park And Try To Put The Car It Reverse And Look For The Backup Camera To Come On And Of Course It Dosen't. I Then Put The Car Pack In Park And Try To Change The Xm Channel By Touching The Screen And It Dosen't Work. In Fact You Can't Do Anything At This Point From The Screen. But I Can Change The Channel From Both The Steering Wheel And The Actual Functions Below The Screen. The Only Way To Get The Screen To Work Correctly Is To Turn The Car Off And Then On Again. This Has Happened To Me 4 Times In The Past Two Months. I Have Took The Vehicle Into The Service Department And They Can't Figure Out The Problem. The Only Thing They Tell Me Is That I Need To Bring The Vehicle Back In When It Happens Again. So If There Is Someone That Has Experinced This Or Knows Someone That Has. What Did They Do. Or If Anyone Has Any Suggestions On What To Do Please Help.

Otherwise, I would try to record a video so that you can capture the moment your screen freezes. This is easier than taking your car to the dealer when it happens.
