I know this problem has been addressed here but I can't find what to do...

I have two different phones paired with the car. With either phone when you answer a call the music will come back on for a few seconds then return to the call.

Example situation:
Driving listening to music
Phone call comes to phone
HFL link displays on the nav screen
Press the Answer button
Say 'Hello'
Music resumes for a few seconds
Music stops
Say 'Hello' again
The caller is there, resume communication normally

Note: When the music resumes, the caller will hear the music

This has happened on two different cell phones.
