Amp has power but no sound

Amp has power but no sound
So I put my 2 Rockford Fosgate amps from my other car in my TL, and both of them have power, but only 1 is putting out sound. I switched the speakers and it definitely isn't the speakers. They both work on the other amp. Both RCA's are hooked up right. Any idea why I wouldn't get sound out of the second one?
