After market alarm mimic OEM? (roll down windows)

Does anyones aftermarket alarm/keyless entry, mimic the OEM one so if you hold the unlock button it will roll down all the windows.....WITHOUT an extra module like 529/530t

No. The aftermarket alarm does not send a second signal once the first signal is sent to unlock. You MUST use another module.

It CAN be done, but you have to go into the doors to do it. Painful process from what I understand. And it only gives you down, just like factory.

If you're going to put in an aftermarket alarm, do the remote start, and leave your air conditioning on all the time.

Did you have a problem with the alarm not unlocking the doors when it was remote started?

Why would I want to unlock the doors when I remote start?

no mine unlock and then relock (factory disarm/rearm) so that it can start the car.... If yours don't do that you need to hook up the factory disarm/rearm wire.

Some peole are setting it up so that the unlock pulse sends the first pulse, and then the AUX channel is used to send the 2nd, long pulse.

How close together do the pulses have to be? I'm using a Dowontec ST-800 Push button start alarm with 2 aux outputs that I can setup to do either a pulse, or 1-7 seconds constant output, but in order to activate those auxillaries, you must hold a button down on the remote for 2 seconds, so I don't know if i could get the "pulse" and "Pulse-hold" close enough together?? What do you think?
