Acura TL 2004

Acura TL 2004

I have an Acrua TL 2004 & my audio/cd/fm/am is not working. On the display it ask me for CODE which i don't know. Every time I restart the audio, error increases like ERR 1, ERR 2....

Any ideas

you need to enter the security code then it should work. that number is in one of the many books that came with the owner's manual or a little card that came with the whole fancy manuals package. its a 6 digit number i think. if in doubt go to the dealer and they should be able to look up the VIN and find out that info for you. hope this helps.

If you don't have the code card and the Navi and radio codes (each is separate) are not written into the manual, the numbers are sometimes written by service techs on a sticker in the glovebox area or on the under-hood fusebox cover.

If you or the dealer registered your car on the owner (now "http://owners.acura.com") site, the codes may be there as well.
