I have a 2008 TL. Does anyone know if there are OR have been any software upgrades to the Hands Free Link System (aka. Bluetooth System)??

My wife's 2010 RDX system will allow you to select the contact on your phone and it automatically connects to HFL after selecting Dial from the phone.

I would like to know the answer as well. My dealer says there have been no updates, but I am highly skeptical. Thx!

David McDavid Acura in Plano, TX. says there are no upgrades for the HFL on my 05. They said go here ( www.handsfreelink.com ) to see which phones are compatible. That's all they could offer. I think the 05 and 08 TL's have a similar compatibility list; which is very limited.

There have not been any updates and there wont be, our cars are older and they are not going to upgrade them at this point.

the used one I've seen have 1.2 software version, and the new ones ordered from acura dealer are 2.0 version

Does it automatically transfer calls that are dialed from the phone ?

Hi,

First post here. I just bought my 08 TL Base and was able to setup the phone link with my Verizon Nexus 6 which is pretty recent.

I haven't made any calls yet, I just set it up tonight, but it paired and it is showing the signal strength and the battery indicator.
