2007 Tl-S Can't get Hands free to work
Ok... I must be losing my mind or something. I followed the steps to connect a phone to the hands free. I hit the talk button and release and say "phone set up" all I GET FROM THE buletooth LADY is "please repeat"... or "say again"
I have asked the wife to say it, I have changed my tone... everything. Any advice before I cut the bluetooth lady's wires!
side note... I noticed only the smaller buttons on the steering wheel create the tone before speaking... not the larger buttons.

I have an 08 TL Type-S just to let you know that we have the same set-up.
I haven't really gone in depth with the bluetooth or handsfree system all that much yet, but just to let you know, the smaller buttons are for command prompts like asking for the nearest gas station, turning the radio on by command, or turning the A/C on by command, etc...
The larger buttons are only for Hands-free phone usage.
I know that cabin noise level can affect that way the system responds to your commands considerably so make sure that noise levels are to a minimum if not, absolutely quiet.

that makes sense... but when I hit the larger buttons, nothing happens. Also when I scroll to the HANDS FREE LINK menu on the speedo and hit the middle button.. is says its loading but really never does anything.
Is there something wrong with my car I should check or is it me ?
