so i have a 2007 acura tl and i recently tried to upgrade my navi cd with a torrent file for 2.63 burning it using toast 10 for mac as a dvd-rom but it wouldnt work

what did i miss and how can i fix it, i am using the old disk again and some of the highways here in miami don't show up

additionally is there a newer one?

if need be i have windows available

And I can say this up front, this place frowns upon hacked navi discs. So I wouldn't be suprised if this thread disappears.

Burning on the mac should be the same though...

He has an 07 so his latest disk is a 4.73. The 3.8 is for 04-06.

the disk wont work if one single byte of information is not on the disk. Typically tiny amounts of data are lost when you download torrents, you wont notice with music and movies and such, but it wont work in the navigation system.
