Just look up "acura tl navigation" in eBay and scroll down the list. They are usually $399 or around there. I'm pretty sure it's just a plug n play. Good luck.

Not sure. I would try and stick with the exact same year if you can, if you want to swap out navi units. Variations in the unit that came out of my car and the ebay one I picked up led us to just swap out screens to be safe. This involved quite a bit of dissasembly/reassembly though.

Is the outter layer cracked or just the LCD under it? I have a LCD unit I bought on eBay for a problem like this. It doesnt have the touch screen glass on it, but the LCD assembly under it. If your touchscreen glass is ok, I might consider selling the replacement LCD to you.
And no, I don't know how to tell if its just the LCD or touchscreen glass that is cracked.

It's usually the touch panel that breaks. If you still have a good image behind the spider webs, then the lcd is ok.
You can replace just the touch panel for very little money, the hard part is finding one that has the right connection to the board. I've taken apart a few and it's not too bad.

So, I found out the price I paid. Keep in mind, its just the LCD screen. No touch screen (I'll post pics if you want). I paid all of 60 bucks for it. I have not tested it to ensure it works. I mainly bought it for the back light assembly so that I would have something in the event mine died (LCD fluorescent back lights done last forever). I'd let you have it for what I paid (plus shipping of course).
You could even get away without the touch screen as the joystick will do everything for you, just not as cool as touch though!
