2005 TL Navi: Are there any compatible Tele Atlas DVDs?

2005 TL Navi: Are there any compatible Tele Atlas DVDs?
BMW switched from Navteq to Tele Atlas and I've been much happier with their maps - I find them more accurate.
I started looking for the newest TL DVD, the 2011 orange v3.A0 and ran across some interesting information. The VW Phaeton uses Navteq but the Navi unit is the same as BMW's so some Phaeton owners have switched to Tele Atlas.
Anyone out there know if the TL navigation system was put in other cars than Honda/Acura? Perhaps some of them switched over to Tele Atlas.
