2004 Acura TL XM radio becomes lost?

So i recently bought a 2004 acura TL so far i've had to replace a few part's a majority are for the transmission. But i keep having issue's with the XM radio becoming lost as if i'm going under a bridge and im not? Battery is good. So i don't know what else can be the problem? Also the cigarette ignitor won't charge anything if i connect a charger? Someone help please

I dont think it has to do anything with you car... mine and others have been doing that as well... it's being discussed here:

i personally think XM is using less satellites to save money... resulting in weaker signals
