Smile '07 TL non-navi to navi swap possible?

Hello everyone. I'm about to buy my Acura in the next few days. I've test drove several and so far I prefer the 2006 I drove due to the ipod interface with the Navi screen. I like the 07' better due to price so I can't decide which to get.

Question I have is: If I buy the 2007 non-navi can I switch it out with a 2007 navi unit I buy easily? Thanks ahead of time!

You can pay Martin $1900 for the full system installed if you go too Florida.

i would keep looking for a car until you find what you want, i think the non navi to navi swap would be more hassle then its worth in terms of money AND time

Thanks guys!

I ended up deciding on the 2006 TL, not just because of Navi, but the wife drove an 08 and 07 and hated them. I tried to get her to let me get a Red type S lol, oh well I'm happy with my 06.

I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do as far as iPod integration, looking at all the different options and I'm confused as to the most reliable and compatible options. I really like the one with the remote:

But this looks good as well:

Right now I've got the factory iPod interface, it won't charge my 4gen touch.
Any thoughts?

The Peripheral PXAMG is a great device. I've had it for the last 3 months in my car. No issues at all, I get to charge my iTouch and I get the artist and track information displayed as well as use of the steering wheel for controls.

Sounds like the safer choice as well. I don't really like having to use a remote, I mean what if I lose it? Plus it's a lot cheaper. Thanks for your input.
