'07 Navi Removal
Ok, My 07 TL's Navi is slowly getting worse.
It's actually eating dvds.
It started with my Navi rebooting fairly often. After reading up on it here, I removed DVD and noticed a line on the DVD about a 1/4'' in from outside edge.
I recently (~9 months ago) changed to a new updated DVD disc. I did save the previous one.
When i place the previous one in, it worked fine again. What I'm afraid is that the Navi insides is pemanantly grooving my DVD.
So after further reading here, I found I can send my unit off to Alpine Electronics and for $160 they'll repair it.
Question now is how do i remove the Navi from my trunk?
Any ideas?
Thanks
